The construction of the bridge Kerch has found a lot of things: sunk Soviet boats and German barges, downed stormtroopers, mines, ancient Greek vases and much more. Well, recently discovered the downed American plane Curtiss P-40; delivered to the USSR under lend-lease and shot down during the Kerch-Eltigensky amphibious operations in the fall of 1943.
